  • An excellent marketing strategy is about aligning available resources with well-defined goals to outpace competitors and achieve sustainable growth. Integral to this process is to make strategic pauses by taking time to assess and realign. You don’t need to be the first mover, you just need to be a little better than the competitor in understanding and reaching customers effectively.
