As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building, enhancing, and maintaining our software products, infrastructure, and databases within the adtech industry ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of new features and products through industry research and collaboration with the team.
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance our backend infrastructure, including ad delivery and analytics services.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices within the engineering team.
- Provide valuable insights to optimize current toolsets and processes.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of software development experience, with a minimum of 3 years in back-end development.
- Strong enthusiasm for automated testing, Test Driven Development (TDD), and SOLID design principles.
- Proficiency in Git and other version control software.
- Excellent communication skills across various audiences.
Skills We're Looking For:
- Experience with AWS and similar cloud service environments.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
- Previous experience managing production databases and analytics pipelines at scale.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, and/or Python.
- Expertise in version control systems, particularly Git.
