At Kidoz, the best work comes from people who love building fast, thoughtfully, and with real craft behind every detail. Meet Tatiana, a key part of our game ad development team, known for turning early mockups into polished, interactive experiences that make brands shine.

What do you do at Kidoz?

I design and build high-quality game ads, and I also help develop and support in-house ad testing tools to keep improving quality and performance.

What makes the work fun and fascinating?

Game ad development moves quickly, usually 2-4 weeks from static mockups to a fully playable experience. The best part is the collaboration: when artists and developers sync up and everything comes together. I call it the “fairytale moment”, when an “ugly duckling” of separate pieces becomes a “beautiful swan” of engaging gameplay.

How did you get here?

I began my career at a startup that grew into an international logistics company, taking on roles across development, product design, QA, and project management over more than a decade. After maternity leave, I moved into Flash and HTML5 casual game development, joined Kidoz remotely, and later relocated to Canada to work more closely with the team.

What do you love about Kidoz culture?

The team is small, highly capable, and always learning. Even when multiple projects are running in parallel, the environment stays supportive, professional, respectful, and kind, which makes high-speed work feel sustainable.

What are some fun facts about you?
  • I love sewing, knitting, and embroidery. I often make toys, gifts, and original clothing.
  • I enjoy drawing and painting and I am always trying new materials and techniques.
  • I love hiking and paddleboarding with my family.
  • I collect children’s books in Russian, English, French, Spanish, and German. I am drawn to language, culture, and illustration.

Tatiana’s blend of technical skill, creativity, and teamwork helps power the interactive game ads our partners rely on and we’re glad she’s part of what we’re building at Kidoz.
